DYLAN Dowling, Ronan McDonagh and Sean McKeon had good showings at the PDC Development Tour with strong runs across the weekend from the trio.
Galway man Dowling had the prefect preparation for the PDC World Youth Championships on Monday on he stormed all the way to the last four of PDC Development Tour 22.
Dowling was in superb form as he won six games on the spin, before his run was ended in the semi-finals by eventual winner Cam Crabtree,
His run to the last four saw Dowling average an impressive 92.88 in his last 64 win over Damien Vetjens of the Netherlands, while he also picked up big wins over England's Conor Arberry, a whitewash win over Dutchman Justin Atellinghusen in the last 16 before taking down England's Tyler Thorpe 5-3 in his quarter final clash.
Dowling gave himself every chance of making the final, too, as he brought PDC tour card holder Crabtree all the way to a final leg, before going down 5-4.
Tipperary's Aidan O'Hara and Louth's Dylan Quinn also had decent runs at Dev Tour 22, both winning three games each to make the last 32.

Meanwhile, Offaly's Ronan McDonagh was the best of the Irish at PDC Development Tour 23 as he won five games in a row, losing just two legs in the process.
McDonagh began with a 4-1 win over Bradly Roes of the Netherlands, before completing back-to-back whitewash wins over Jack Alexander and Bradley Roberts.
Another impressive performance from McDonagh in the last 64 saw him defeat England's Ciaran Forde 4-1 before he put his best performance of the day with a superb 101.90 average in a 4-0 win over Dev Tour 22 winner Dominic Gruellich of Germany.
He was unable to repeat the trick in his last 16 game with Rohan Brouwers of the Netherlands, however, with his opponent managing to win the final two legs to defeat McDonagh 4-3 to advance to the quarter finals.

In Development Tour 24, Dublin's Sean McKeon joined McDonagh in making it as far as the last 32.
McKeon had his best run of the weekend winning three games on the spin before succumbing to the brilliant Beau Greaves.
He beat England's Oliver Pearce-Burgess 4-2 in his opening game, before securing a whitewash win over an Englishman Jake Seymour.
That set him up for an all Ireland clash with Dylan Dowling, with McKeon excelling in that by recording a 96.79 average in a 4-2, with all four of his winning legs in 15 darts or under.
He was unable to repeat in his next match with Greaves, however, as some missed doubles cost McKeon to progress to the last 16 as he went down 4-2.
