WILLIE O'Connor and Mickey Mansell will both be in PDC European Tour action tonight having progressed through their first round games at the Baltic Sea Darts Open in Germany.
Limerick man O'Connor survived a scare as he came through a nervy last leg decider to beat Poland's Tytus Kanik.
The Magpie showed all his experience in that final leg as he sealed victory with his best leg of the match.
O'Connor wired double 16 for what would have been a cracking 139 checkout to win the match with a 12 darter but returned to hit it in one to advance to the second round.
It doesn't get any easier for him there as he we will open tonight's evening session in Kiel tonight against an in-form Gerwyn Price.

Meanwhile, Mansell kicked off his Baltic Sea Darts Open campaign with a 6-3 victory over Polish debutant Miroslaw Grudzieck.
He will now face world number one Luke Humphries in his second round tie tonight.
Elsewhere, Derry's PDC World Cup winner Daryl Gurney has made it through to the final day after he defeated former Baltic Sea Open champion, Dave Chisnall, 6-3 in their afternoon session today.
His fellow World Cup winner Josh Rock will be aiming to join him when he takes on Justin Hood in this evening's session.
