TEENAGE darts sensation Aidan O'Hara has made it into his second World Cup final this week after progressing through to the decider of the WDF Youth singles tournament.

The Tipperary youngster was in sensational form as he remained unbeaten all day in Seoul, South Korea, to claim his spot in Saturday's final.

He will now face off against Peyton Hammond of Canada for the right to be crowned the WDF World Cup Youth singles champion.

O'Hara (17) will be back on the oche before that, however, as he will partner Carlow's Jack Courtney (16) in the final of the WDF World Cup Pairs on Friday morning.

His path to the singles final saw O'Hara top his group by winning all three of his games in Group F to reach the knockout stages in style.

He defeated Sweden's Maxmillian Kamp 4-2 in his last 16 clash, before ensuring himself of a medal when he beat Finland's Rafael Riiali 4-1 in the quarter finals.

That set up a semi final meeting with Kerem Calikiran of Turkey in which O'Hara showed by class by defying two brilliant 15-dart legs from his opponent to prevail 5-3.

It means he will now compete for the gold medal on Saturday, while Calikiran has to settle for bronze.

The pair will face off again tomorrow when O'Hara teams up with Courtney to take on Calikiran and his partner Toprak Aras in the battle for gold in the Pairs final.
