LIMERICK'S Michael Flynn and Monaghan man Shane McGuirk are the two Irish players in the top 32 on the PDC Challenge Tour following the latest weekend's action in Milton Keynes.

Flynn ensured he is now 26th on the Challenge Tour Order of Merit - down from a high of 11 -  following his run to the last eight at Event 15 yesterday.

McGuirk also enjoyed a decent return from his weekend, making it to two quarter finals out of the three events he competed at.

It means he now lies in 32nd out of over 230 players.

With nine events over two more weekends on the PDC Challenge Tour still to go, the two players will be hoping to jump up the Order of Merit a bit more and put themselves in contention for call-ups to the Players Championship.

Both players have received invites to the PDC Players Championship over the past year due to their high rankings on the Challenge Tour Order of Merit.
